Justin Sprencel
Justin's roots in the energy sector run deep, growing up near Corpus Christi, Texas - America's largest energy export gateway. His passion for the oil industry drove him to pursue dual studies in Mechanical Engineering and Finance at Texas A&M's Kingsville and Corpus Christi campuses.
Starting as a Field Operator with JJ Well Service, Justin mastered slickline and braided line operations before advancing to Field Engineer at Texas Perforators. There, he expanded his expertise to include cased hole electric line operations, logging tools, pipe recovery, and perforating guns.
His technical excellence and leadership capabilities caught the attention of Fesco, where he served as Corporate Electric Line/Slickline Manager. Later, as a partner at Cinch Wireline Services, Justin distinguished himself by creating loyal customers while developing staff talent and honing technical operations.
Today, as president and co-founder of Sprencel Wireline Services, Justin is realizing his vision of excellence in wireline operations. His company's strategic presence in West Texas and Corpus Christi showcases his commitment to three core principles: uncompromising safety, rapid responsiveness, and exceptional service quality.
